OK, here is the thing. My cousin has a completely stock 94 Ram with the 360 in it, 160k miles, a suspension that makes as much noise as the exhaust and bald tires. I have a 94 Camaro, auto, 3.4 (that was rebuilt cause of a broken headbolt). My car has brand new BFGoodwrich tires, a LSD, 3.73 gear, SLP cold air kit and a reprogrammed computer. So why is that at a stop light we are EXACTLY the same in terms of acceleration and such? Isn't that old of a Ram in the mid to upper 16's and shouldn't my car be at least touching 15.9's? And also, why did I lose to a Ford Probe? (I don't know if it was stock or not, but it sounded and looked as bad as a well used stock car...) I know the gas pedal on our cars don't go down all the way unless your foot is at the very top of the pedal, and I have a habit of only putting my foot on half of the pedal...could that make that much difference? If not...what is wrong with my car?

lol, the pedal doesnt move down further when you push on the top of it, it just tilts back ;)
if you havent gone to the track to get real times then you cant ask why. for all you know, your car is running in the 17s

Yea, I don't know what it really is running...but in principle, shouldn't I be faster then a full size 10 y/o stock Ram? But then again, we only raced to 50...it is entirely possible I still have the same 0-60 as everyone else, but only gain the advantage under 1/4 times....

your 0-60 should have gotten alot better with the gear change and LSD upgrade. but like i said, there is no way to tell if your car ran really really slow before and now your just really slow
