I made two runs, one n/a and the other on the 100 shot. The first run was as follows:
max rwhp: 148.82 @ 4700 rpm
max rwtorque: 191.02 @ 3900 rpm
a/f ratio: 12:1@3500 rpm /11:1@4500rpm /
Yes, definitely rich, too rich. Over 5000rpm, it dropped to less than 11:1. I was upset w/ the hp. I know its better than that. I have driven cars w/ more hp than that and his car feels faster than those. But the a/f ration makes sense seeing how it seems to lose power in the higher rpm band. So I said whatever w/ the hp on the n/a run and decided to make a run w/ the 100 shot. Those numbers are as follows:
max rwhp: 150.83@4600rpm
max rwtorque: 191.46@3900rpm
a/f ratio: 11.62@3500rpm / 11.53@4500rpm
How in the world could the hp number from the 100shot run be the same as the n/a run? The bottle was just filled. The rear wheels didn't break loose. The clutch is still slipping. The engine revved right up to 6000rpm in 3rd gear just like I had it in neutral. Just to verify, we made a third run and it had the same results. It's a little too rich for my tastes. I would like to see it in the low 13s/high 12s which will not be a big deal. Just a little reprogramming to adjust that. Ben told me that I should see around 20-25hp gain once I do some fine tuning. But the clutch is still an issue which really pisses me off!
