• Track Results...pretty pleased

Still slow as balls, but I did run better than ever last night. Made 9 Passes at fireturd ranging from 15.60-15.79

Track prep was actually pretty good for a change, weather was nice, overall it was just a nice night for racing.

I was killing the tree My worst RT was .232 best being .031

60' was in the 2.2s most of the time which is pretty good considering my best sixty before last night was 2.43

So overall I guess I can't really complain for a bone stock V6 with 108k miles on it. I'm just that good of a driver

FYI: Previous best was 15.89@87, usually ran low 16s before.

    decent job

were you spinning off the line? the 60' is good but could be better with time. good job on the RT but when its just T&T, it doesnt matter.

I know the RT doesnt matter :D I was just cuttin some good lights so I figured I'd mention it.

I was spiinin a lil bit, but I've almost got the perfect clutch/gas ratio down for this car...I'm hittin the track again next week and we'll see if I can't get my 60 down a lil more.

what did you do to help the car get out of the hole? try doing a few little things like upping the front tire air pressure to 50-55psi and putting the rears around 27psi. if you wanna go for a bit more drop teh front sway bar off the car before you run. that should be enough to see some improvement.
          good luck.

I thought about disconnecting the end links on the sway bar, I might try that next week.

As for getting out of the hole its just trial and error to find that perfect mesh between gas and clutch slippage.

Have you thought about getting LCAs and some sticky tires? That alone should help those 60' times a lot.

Remove it completely... and the STB....

                Play with tire psi also.

                  </font>
From what I've heard, just unbolting the endlinks on the swaybar is just as good as removing it completely.

LCA's are pretty high on the to do list as well.

It has the same effect on the suspension, however the swaybar is not exactly a light part, and taking weight off the nose will help even more

I just found a set of LCA's that I think I'm going to pick up also, but they wont be here in time for this weekend.
