good times, i ran a best of a 15.935 with my 3.4L with similar mods (no headers, but i had an under drive pulley)

practice your launches, even with an open 3.23 you can get off the line faster, however after the LSD/3.73 gear it will be a whole different launch

        keep up the good work

thanks guys. I think after this weekend when I install the LSD and also tune my suspension and put good tires will do better. Can you tell me wich tires are good for drag.

Also how much HP you think my car has

Nice, throw in the gears and lsd and launch that car, should be able to beat my old best runs... you have a decent mph. And definitley work on those 60's, you should see 1.9s at least with 3.73s and lsd.

in a way, that is correct...

... but in another, more accurate way, it's incorrect. for your info, shenanigans, an old member named mustangeater holds the record.

                          </font>[/QUOTE]back in the day, yes.

and the question about losing top end has been definitively answered in the thread you started, 00firebird.

yes, i thought so, but why do people still say things like its only gonna let your car go up to 85 or crap like that

i asked the same thing in that thread if you remember...

i have no idea why they say things like that. i guess it seems right to them, but within the context we're using, it simply isn't.
