I ran a best of a 15.4, full interior, street trim...

guy that bought my car, pulled front sway, put slicks and skinnies, and stripped the interior, pulled the belt and ran a 15.3

was expecting better times but it didnt happen also that track sticks like hell and my car needs suspension work like panhard etc

what would you recomend

definitely lower control arms and an adjustable torque arm..maybe a panhard rod and sub frame conectors

With that 60' you should be alot faster than 16.0.
oh nevermind you have a 3.4L. In that case you are right on the money.

YES it will help. Probably lose about .15 - .25 on your times and drop your 60' as well.
Just make sure you get your speedo and shift points (if you have an auto) fixed before you run at the track with the new gears.

You should look into the FWD 3400 top end swap (I've heard of others swapping those heads onto a Camaro, never saw pics or anything though.)

The heads and intake will make a big difference in top end power for you.
