I'm thinking of selling my 3.4 and getting a 93 Z28. Does any one now how much HP and Torque they have and how much they do in 1/4 mile stock?

Do you guys think its worth selling my 95 3.4 convertible for the 93 Z28. O and the Z28 is $1800 its in pretty good conditions.

    260/330 low 14s/high 13s w/ a good driver.

    Is it worth it?
Well, that's up to you. Depends on what you want to do with the car. If you want a comfortable daily driver that can hang with most on the track then go for it.

If you want to impress everyone with what can be accomplished with a V6, then stick with the 3.4.

Noone would buy my car at this point. It is not a comfortable daily driver. It rattles, there is no sound system, it revs real high. It is ultimately designed for 1/4 mile and that's it. So it all depends on what you want out of your car.

    Just remember...Chicks dig convertibles.

Well my car gots the looks but that car has the motor. I am going to go see it on monday. I think it has a exhaust. Also how much would I have to mod it to get to mid 13's?

And about the chicks it is true. When I go out every one starts staring at my Camaro.

little g I dont think that car has anywhere near 330TQ. Depending on what trans it has and how many miles are on it I dont think its going to run 13 or low 14's without a tune up.

When you say tune up you mean an oil change, spark plugs ect?

still after a tune up, that car will probably need some conditioning/replacing for low 14s/high 13s IMO

93 lt1s came with 265 hp and 320ish tq. 1/4 mile is somewhere around 14.3 stock. it probably has the 4L60 tranny. optispark isnt vented on them either. (which means if the water pump goes youre screwed because moisture wont be able to get out as easily as the vented 95-97 optis.) make sure to check the intake manifold for loose bolts. becuase the Lt1 is notorious for intake leaks. and they suck balls to replace. and have fun with the whole tuneup thing passenger side plugs are a mofo. hmmm.... lemme think.. i can tell ya now that if it has over 100k miles on it you will be replacing the optispark, thats when they usaully give. if i think of anything else ill let ya know.

current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it

theres nothing wrong with the lt1. low end grunt is great. top end sucks but thats nothing that a cam cant take care of. id buy the car, go get the Lt4 package(heads cam intake ect.) thats good for 330 hp and i cant remember the tq. it would run low 13s-high 12s all day long.
