    Yeah a lot of people don't know how strong these motors really are. Its ecotec btw no h on the end. I would love to cut a 1.9 60'. Was he on street tires or drag radials?

      on Drag Radials..He also had a 75 shot on it for a while then he blew the motor.. The 1st year of the ecotec's, sorry for the spelling, had a messed up fuel system or something like that and thats why his motor blew.. The dealership replaced it for free which was cool..

        still..he blew his motor running nitrous and the dealership replaced it for free??..that IS cool [img]smile.gif[/img]

            I don't think its going to rain today but its cold and no sun so, I don't think I am going. I will probaly just spin worse. I am looking at next sunday, its going to be in the 50's hopefully.

              nice run... I took my girlfriends 2k, z24 (2.4L DOHC) similar power to the ecotec, I couldn't get better then a 2.3 60' out of it, I did go from a 2.5 to a 2.3 by leaning over the steering wheel more trying to get more weight forward.

              I think ran a best of a 16.3 That car really begs for a 5-speed and it woudl be alot quicker.
