it was a nice night, the temps were nice and cool but the humidity was up a lil bit due to threatening rain...I managed a couple new bests, only difference was the exhaust was unhooked behind the cat, I was going to pull the belt but decided against it, I'm scared to lol.

Made 6 passes I'll just list my 3 best here. I also have some video as well that I'll post in a lil bit.

Oh and every friday they give away a trophy to the the person with the best R/T...I was soooo close tonight my best R/T of the night was .006 and the winning light was .005

My favorite is when they pull in the bleach box right in front of you, pull the ebrake do a burnout and drag the rears through the water all over the track, where you stage right after htem.

Well on the other hand how are you getting your front tires through the water box without putting water on the track?

I have only ran street tires at the track so I go around the water box as well.

I was just wondering since if you run slicks on the rear and streets on the front your front tires are going to go through the water box if you want your rear tires to go through the water box. So the streets will throw water on the track as well. So it doesn't matter if it is a fwd or rwd car. The issue is the same if you run slicks on your power wheels and streets on your non power wheels. Really has nothing to do with being a "stupid ricer".

Actually it does. Smart people back into the water box so they don't get water on their front tires, then they do their burnout. No water on the staging area like that.

Not true. I have seen numerous people go around the water box, including a transam. Only reason I paid attention was because I didnt want to go through the water box when I run mine.

Most would drive around and back into the box...

I woudln't mind the FWD guys going through the waterbox and drag the wheels through, but its retarded on when they are a bolt on 89 civic on street radials.
