Update... 49 pounds gone

Passenger side air bag
Passenger side air bag bracket
Began "massaging" the inner bits of the passenger side door
E brake handle


I still have to snake out the e brake cable.... dissconnect it under the car... remove the hook ups on rear brakes.... remove the e brake plates.... that weight is NOT factored into the amount.


I pretty much had the entire dash out.... and my hands have been completely destroyed.... cut to hell!

I am planning on reupholstering the interior cloth portions of the doors.... so... the passnger side plastic inner portion has the cloth portion removed.... it's a work in progress.

Hittin the track tomorrow night.... gotta install my steel braided brake lines tomorrow morning.

Damn..... I'm frigin beat!

As for go cart..... the thing is gettin damn light......

This should put me in the high 28XX's

When I get around to doing brakes... that will be another 60+- pounds...... then I'll be knocking on 2,700's and THAT is a damn go kart [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I actually like driving my car everyday too so all my times are with full weight plus my stereo equipment, maybe one of these days I will by a different car to drive everyday so I can cut everything out of mine too but untill then 3600 ish she will stay. Hey 12secv6 I just picked up the hal 12 way adj. rears and I was just curious about how many clicks usually works for you at the track?

you should just take off the rear rotors/calipers like the guy on thirdgen.org was thinking of doing...i mean your already halfway there with removing the emergency brake stuff lol
