    too bad the stang made all that sound running 3 seconds faster... it kinda takes away from the great run

                  i noticed that too..VERY smooth..it didnt look like he stalled that high though..what rpm was he at?..i dont have sound here either though so its hard to tell..as far as the matchup..its getting VERY interesting..especially with more work going into both cars..its a toss up!

                    i'm only able to launch at 4500, need to get something worked out with hptuners, somethings wrong. I can get better 60' if i launch from a higher rpm (thinking 5000) because i currently bog down to about 2800 on the launch.

                      maybe next weekend we can get a little more work done on the car and you can be more aggressive on the clutch. even at teh lower rpm it is always possible that a little harder hit(think slight wheel spin) woudl lead to a better short time.

                          I gaurantee spinning the tires a little will pick the car up, I know from experience. Anytime I bog the 60' is about .05 slower and the 1/4 ET is around .1+ slower. There may be a low 13.6 in the car.
