did line lock now no breaks

hey guys i did the line lock yesterday and now my breaks are bearly working. i did bleed my lines. what else could it be? i need help asap.

sounds like you just have air in the lines from the install, re bleed them and try it again

that install puts a ton of air into the lines. craig's leg almost fell off by teh time we were done bleeding his.

Yup, took FOREVER with the bleeding of the brakes!

Keep on bleeding the brakes, you will eventually get brake pedal feel and brake psi back, don't worry.

when i put my disks in back i bled, bled, bled, got ticked at the car, took a brake, bled some more, and by then i was barely started.

Raise the calipers up as high as you can into the wheel well, it should make it go a little quicker.

but honestly I think you are stupid if you don'tsut buy a mighty vac(vacuum bleeder $30) Just by a vacumm breaker.

i had some slight leaks because i didnt tigthen down the nuts on the solenoid tight enough cuz i was scared to overtighten them...so we ended up bleeding them like 3 times...once I got everything tight it only took a couple of minutes to bleed them though...bottom line check for leaks lol

I would check for leaks, then bleed again. I think it took Craig and Tim almost 30 mins to bleed the front breaks after he installed his LL.

honestly thought I highly recomend getting a vacuum pump. I was smacking my head on the wall when I actually saw how much more easier it was with a vacuum pump to bleed clutch and brake system on fbodies.

When I did my line lock, it took me all of 5 minutes to blead the brakes with a vacumn bleader. Same thing when I changed the clutch fluid. So easy to use. You can get them at Autozone.

agreed, if you have a clutch definitley get one... made bleeding the brakes a 2 person job that took 30 minutes a one person 3 min job.
