    This is done off memory. Bird is not here so when it is back home I will add to the list.

    Don't ask for exact lbs... cause I don't rememeber [img]tongue.gif[/img]

      thats a lot.. how long would it take for you to put all that back on and revert the car to standard weight?

          Who cares? It's never going back, it's a race car. I have most of that done, actively working on the rest. [img]smile.gif[/img]

                  The only way I would sell my car is parted out.

                    i think that goes the same for me. but i have started weight reduction yet. i have just dropped 7k on her so she is here to stay. weight reduction here i come!

                      I would never sell my bird.

                      Means too much to me.
                      Many incredible memories too.

                        Have you thought about removing the ABS system and replacing the steering wheel? That's a nice list though... damn!

                          Yes, he has, because there is a 16+ page post at LS1Tech that he has participated in and mentions both of those things.

                            I've looked into the ABS block delete.

                            I need to check it out a bit more, that would be another 4 lbs.

                            Steering wheel.... aftermarket might be lighter but the "look" of a stock one w/ air bag is needed for inspection in NJ... so for now, stock steering wheel stays [img]smile.gif[/img]

                              look into the full manual brake conversion on billingsley. When I get some money, i want to do the light brakes and the manual conversion. Brakes alone should save 90lbs
