• Went to the track again(good runs)

No new bests but pretty good times considering the weather. 76* and 66% humidity.

Car 2k 5-speed camaro
-slp lsd
-cutout
-FRA, shaved lid, PVC smooth bellows
-hurst short shifter with lsw speed in stick
-drive belt off

weight reduction
-jack/spare
-rear seat bottoms(bottoms only)

added, a full socket set, jumper cables, 1/4 tank of gas(bit high for me running)

1st run
My clutch slipped on the burnout, and I roasted it slightly I was experimenting with a alot of air in the rear.

R/t -0.042 (Redlight, but still close )
60' 2.342 (spun the launch)
330 6.359
1/8 9.696
mph 73.84
1000 12.546
1/4 14.941
mph 94.14

2nd run
R/t 0.132 (sleeping I know)
60' 2.238 (spun again, but not as bad)
330' 6.211
1/8 9.531
mph 74.19
1000 12.370
1/4 14.757
mph 94.51

3rd run
r/t 0.067
60' 2.110 (hooked better)
330 6.064
1/8 9.373
mph 74.43
1000 12.206
1/4 14.591
mph 94.59

4th run
r/t 0.043
60' 2.125(small spin towards top of 1st)
330 6.072
1/8 9.361
mph 74.87
1000 12.180
1/4 14.556
mph 94.82

Those last 2 runs would have been sweet bracket racing runs

Alright my mph, wasn't in the 95s which is where I am at on the better days but it was pretty hot.

My 60' are begining to piss me off!! I want at least 2.0s hoping for 1.9s... before my lsd I was running 2.1s, with occasional to moderate 2.0s One woudl assume I would at least get 2.0s pretty consistant if anything.

Not too upset with my runs, but if I had good weather I woudl have had a new best I think... ohh well still good for friday the 13th ;)

hehe I know it probably would have but I am not a big fan of DA corrections. I understand at some other tracks that have DA like 4000 and crap, listing it but I don't think it is ever an official time.

As for th belt, yes it helps, drops about .2-.3 like 2 weeks ago I ran 14.7s with the belt on, and my car was a little bit heavier this time around.

Sure, I don't think you should ever use a corrected time as an official time. Just giving you a heads up on what it could have been. ;)
