• ran again today :)

i took two runs and then it started raining..i logged the runs if anyone wants to check them out..they tell me one obvious thing..i need bigger injectors..thats why it starts bogging towards the end if the bottle psi is too high (1100 - 1200) ..it needs more fuel..i need to keep it 950 - 1000 so the shot is smaller and it doesnt require as much fuel..i think this is why my MPHs arent consistant..i was also running a full 1/4 tank instead of the less than 1/8 like usual..and my 60's coulda been better..so anyways..this is how it went:

60': 2.106
330': 5.698
1/8: 8.671
MPH: 81.55
1000': 11.301
1/4: 13.618
MPH: 96.53

60': 2.131
330': 5.779
1/8: 8.782
MPH: 81.38
1000': 11.418
1/4: 13.650
MPH: 99.25

...but still..i was happy

i got set of GTP injectors..they seem to have worked for a lot of guys with 3.8 Camaros but these didnt match up at all..so i sold them on ebay for the price i bought them for..since i have the ability to tune for larger injectors..it wont harm anything (as far as i know) no matter how big i go..and since i know i'll always be pushing for new goals in the car..im probably just going to put a set of 36#ers in

if this rain holds off i actually might take another couple of runs tomorrow..from what i can see the injectors arent too bad off as long as i dont have the bottle pressure too high

thanks..my car is slow as HELL NA so im running a 150 dry shot..which is gonna be a b*tch to tune..but im up for it since its given me an AWESOME power increase and from what i can see my car doesnt seem to mind it..i had a file made today to pull some timing but never used it after viewing the logs..im hoping to tune this, install a 3200 high stall torque converter in the off-season, and come out next year running mid - high 12s..if you're having trouble with your setup hit up the nitrous section man..we'll get it up and kickin @ss

everything seems good with the nitrous it's a wet system i changed the set up i cut the fuel line and it seemed to be slower with nitrous so i'm going to get a longer hose for the fuel to conect it to the fuel rail. i put headers on the car and it burnt two of my spark plugs and it's running good now but i need about two weeks before i can hit the juice

Have you considered fixing up the car N/A some more then jsut going with an average shot instead of a crazy big shot.

96whitecamaro..sounds like you ran lean man..REALLY lean..and if only two then you may be getting some uneven distribution

shenanigans..yes..but not because i care how fast the car is NA or because i worry about the engine..but because i go through juice like a bastard ..which is a waste if i can run just as fast on a smaller shot..im getting it on a dyno as soon as i have the $$$

naw i haven't shot the nos yet. before N/A when i cut the fuel line it seemed slowed b/c less gas was making it threw the line. so i'm going to hook it up to my fuel line. waiting to get a longer hose

I know you don't worry about n/a times...

just saying it helps.

I believe its relatively easy to get a 3.8L into the high 14s with bolt ons.

If you are running a 15.6 n/a for the most part a high 14, could get you in the high 12s on the bottle.
