    i burned up my f*ckin relay givin the juice a test on the way to the track..this is because for some reason i thought it would be a good idea to run my MSD inline fuel pump from the relay the nitrous solenoids use so the pump would come on when i hit the juice..i talked to a nitrous guru and it turns out this is also why im losing power towards the end of my runs..the relay cant supply all that power..he tried the same thing and got the same results..so i already re-wired the fuel pump..and i have a new relay on the way from summit..i tested the solenoids and they're fine..so i should be back at it again wednesday night

          you don;t even know how many slips I had on my old car of crappy runs. I still went for fun. hell I dropped ~.6-.8 on my times in my 94, only mod being going to the track.

            97rs..totally man..thats the way its been all season..right when im ready to go..got everything set for what seems to be a 12 second run..something craps out on me..but that pump being wire in there totally makes sense now..even if that is NOT the cause..at the i definitely now know what the problem is..so as soon as its fixed..i'll have that 60' power for my whole 1/4 mile run!

            shenanigans..yeah..definitely a good point..i just only have the dough to go to the track once before i get paid again..so i kinda want it to be on juice..especially now that i think i have the problem fixed and all

            i wired the system to make sure nothing else got burned out..i stood and held the nitrous line for like 15 seconds and hit the WOT switch..sure enough..after a little bit i could see it die a bit..and the solenoid was hot to the touch..then i took the fuse out of the pump and did the same thing..it went strong the whole time..and the solenoid stayed cool when it was done..so im pretty positive thats it..if not i could try a lower amp solenoid or something

                    haha..nice!..i wouldnt mind doing the same..but she wants a ceremony and all..and i guess id like one too..so im fine either way..our story is she answered an ad i had for a roomate..showed her around and she liked the place..moved in..after a little bit of being so close and all..we were together..we're not after a huge wedding or anything..but i have some debt to pay off..she's now paying her way through law school..and she has an enormous family..but we have some nice things planned [img]smile.gif[/img]
