    i got a 13.338

    ok guys. well went to the track this afternoon. temp was 88, humidity was 52 absolute baro waws 29.04. so the weather sucked. other runs weren't worth talking about. but i did a new best.

    so i know now that when the weather is nicer i will be in the 12's for sure! wwwwhhhhaaaaooo [img]graemlins/banana.gif[/img] . i'm going to be at the track for a few weeks now. hockeyman , pumm3l and i are going to put in the new clutch on saturday or sunday.

          good point shenanigans.
          i did what ic ould with my v6. it sttarted to get to expensive to do stuff i gave up. did the v8 swap its so much cheaper to get hp out a 350.
          that was a ok 60ft get some sticky tires. u should be in the 1.9x at least.
          kinda like i should be in the 1.7x range. but still cant get lower then 2.1 no matter how much i feather the gas from the launch. i do a gradual launch still spin.
          Nice times. ur trap was ok but not a 12 sec capable trap. u ran pretty consistant time/trap though. nice job. get ur new clutch in u should be low 13.1 or 13.0 if u hook at least.

            Congrats i saw your IM to me thats awsome

            I think you should take that 2 step out, That might be hurting you from hitting 1.8s

            you see that 60' and your in w/ this crappy weather, then possibly mid 12s come fall [img]smile.gif[/img]

              Almost there, some extra weight gone might help keep you down there. That clutch should help you a ton. Bring the 60' down and you're golden. Great job.

                weather isn't the differenece between you and 12's. you need traction desperately. 2.0n is horrible for that trap speed. gert some chassis work done and turn that into the 1.7 it shoudl be and you can expect 12.8's easily.

                    thanks guys, i know that i need skinnies in the front now. anyone have or know anyone who is selling some? i know that my 60 can be better. the best i got last night was a 1.901 and i did take out the 2 step.

                      Oh man... I was thinking about you last night Kristen... I have a set of ET Streets and Skinnies both on Weld draglites.. don't think I can part with them quite yet. Have to think about that one..

                          Nice times! You need some work on the launch to get the 60' down and better weather to get that mph up. 12s are definitely there with some practice. [img]smile.gif[/img]
