..keep in mind this was on a 90* humid as hell day..i'll probably run this shot again on a cooler day..but this may be the best you see from me till the cooler fall wheather..all i know is..im happy
what makes no sense?..i was running 13.4s on a 150 dry shot..i ran a 13.1 on a 175 dry shot..if you're referring to my MPH..then yeah..i dont know why it was pretty low either..all i can think of was that it was really hot..my tire psi was at 22 (lower than i normally run)..and i was burning out a little longer..i woulda LOVED a 1.7X 60' on this one but i got some spin for a split second right off the line
thanks asdf! ..and thanks to all that congratulated me on my previous post..man its been one exhausting pain in the @ss day but it was WELL worth it..im VERY happy about this 12s are defintely there so i may let the car get some R&R for a little..to answer some of your questions..im still on the same tune i had before..i still think its the decrease in AFR that it commands towards the end thats makin my run slower there..Kristen i think you asked me if im running a wet shot..nope..still runnin dry..i've got the 30# injectors in and tuning for them..so like someone else said about dry kits..it just up to the limits of the engine/car now..anwyays..im phsyched!
haha..oh yeah..i also gotta put my NA time in there..which = SLOW AS HELL lol..will explain why i have to run so high..i was really just takin a stab at the 175 shot..i wanna get some good tuning done and hit 12s on the 150 ..dunno if that will happen..will probably take the 175..but it would be cool
175 shot!?!?!?! Better make sure your not running lean on the top end.. that mph is way low for the ET. What is your fuel pressure at throughout the run? Congrats on the new best!!
thanks ..i still had plenty of injector room after the 150 shot cuz of the 30# injectors..i have a log of the 13.41 from today but not the 13.12 ..i had to RUSH back to the track just to get one run in and i didnt have time to grab the laptop..im not running the 175 again until i get either a fuel psi gauge or a WBO2..id like one that can record
yup :D ..i wouldnt run this high if i didnt have the warranty on the motor..it blows?..and i pay 1 grand in labor to get a brand new block put in..but i dont think it will..other than some KR that im taking care of everything looks good..i'll hit 12s next time out..im most likely hooking up a second stage to add an additional small shot somewhere between the 1/8 and the finish..its just a matter of when thats gonna be..hopefully next weekend..once i get that 12 second slip i'll bring it back down to the 150 shot and keep tuning that just for fun..but i want a 12 damnit
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
