Don't forget, Steve's car is heavier compare to James. Which probably looks like a shell now.

Big Congrats on reaching your goal. Now how about that 11 sec.?

tim...craig has trapped 99mph with less then 225rwhp lol how is it his built motor only traps 103 with a 225 shot over and above his NA combo? There is something wrong and i wouldnt start with his suspension

Yeah...something is very wrong. I mean...that car should be deeeeeep into 12's, and probably in the 11's. It has to be putting down around 400RWHP...and about 450RWTQ. That is absolutely plenty for 11's.

Actually, he has done extensive weight reduction.... he is probably around 3,000 + lbs.... only 150 pounds more than me

            225 shot?!?!?!?1 And these results??

And you say doesn't need nitrous help?

He could due to have some nitrous help.

Well, I think the fact that there are severe issues with the tune is already very well documented. But he should be cutting consistant 1.7s or better with a 225 shot. The car has issues all over, not just in one specific area.

I think our point was running 103mph with a shot that should be giving him over 400rwhp theoretically is more then suspension...mph is going to reflect how much power your making...get that worked out then work on your suspension...theres no reason he shouldnt be trapping 110+ spinning through the first 2 gears.

It should be putting down 400hp/450tq but I am sure its not. Tuning all the way around is the problem. He runs those heavy a$$ wheels, won't remove this front sway bar and who knows about the custom tune. As I said before, there is more to this game than just throwing money at a car. I mean, he had two different avenues to choose. Run the 150/175 sot and figure out what is wrong or throw more money into it just to make it go a little faster. So he throws a second stage 50 shot on it to go 3 tenths faster. 1DV6, just pause and think about it. I know tuning can suck but you need a little patience here.

it would probably spill its guts at around the 330' mark lol and because you'd be spinning al the way to it you wouldnt run a better # either way ;)
