I am another satisfied edge customer.

On my stock 3.08 open rear, best time before edge was a 15.7@88mph with a 2.2 60

after my 2800 street edge converter (i got the second tier), my best was in the sig, 15.4@86mph with a 2.0 60 ft. I lost MPH, but gained nicely in the 1/4 and 60 foot times and I BARELY stall mine up so I'm not even able to use the converter. It is expensive to do a gear swap plus the tuning for it and I'm glad I've waited a year because now that my headgasket blew, I'm rebuilding the whole top half of the motor with cam...etc..so now will be the time that I get the gears/posi installed and have it all tuned at once.

I did, foolishly try to stall mine up to around 2600 and dump it...I ran a 3.0x 60 foot with a 16.2 or something 1/4 mile time. I spun so much it wasn't funny, I know the power is there, I just can't get traction at all. If you were cheap and some will say retarded to put a stall converter in a 3.08 peg leg rear like me, you will need 3.42 gears and positraction to take full advantage of the moved power band.
