hey while racing does it matter how much fuel you have because when my car has under a quarter of a tank when i step on it it doesnt jump like it usualy does

Less gas equals less weight. Just because the tank is low doesnt mean it will run slower. Thats all in your head. As long as the car has gas, it will still run the same.
