  • Should I be happy w/ these times

    I ran today once aginst a focus(of course I won and I finally broke the 14.7). It was the first time I raced since i put my open borla system on it. but I was wondering if I should be happy with these times here is the slip

    r/t: .541
    60': 2.31
    1/8: 9.56
    1'8mph: 71
    1000:12.621
    1/4: 14.681
    1/4mph: 94mph
    3.73 gears ramair kit flowmaster is no more now BORLA cat-back 3\"catco cat<br />best et w/ flowmaster 14.8 best et w/ open borla 14.62@94mph :)best et w/ open borla and drag radials 14.4 at 96 o yea and a set of pacesetters

    work on those 60s. your times will improve drastically.

    id be happy with it

      60's are very bad for those gears, I wouldn't be happy.

        I remeber someone posting that they ran 14.7 with a bonestock 3.8. Thats why I was wondering. I guess I could disconnect the drive belt but I am a lil scared of running w/ no coolant or accessories

          im sure your talking about mustangeater and hes a whole nother thing. you shouldnt expect to see those times. with the mods in your sig., i would be ver happy.

            If its an auto you should be happy. Your 60 should be 2.0x at the most though. That will get you low 14s.

              nah times are good...

              my car wasn't stock, $0 modded for the 14.7s...

              unhooked intake, unhooked exhaust.

              Car is running good, honestly if I were you I owuld be damn happy... Pulling a strong mph. Better then mine does. [img]smile.gif[/img]

                  Like it has been said many times, if you can lower that 60' time, you'll be around 14.3 for sure!

                    off hand you have lsd? or still running an open diff?

                          Imagine what it would be like running 3.73's w/ open diff
                          and i forgot the temp outside was like 94
