Hmm, the best lunch is a toasted meatball sub. :yummy:

But seriously, DO NOT DROP YOUR TRANNY IN GEAR!! leave your car in drive (Don't shift it manually, you'll hurt your time), put your foot on the brake, and rev up to about 2-3k RPMs. When the last yellow lights up go (to get a good reaction time, by the time you go the light will be green)

              yes

              and DO NOT nuetral drop

you can also flash the converter..you just do the same thing except you only raise the rpms a few hundred..then release the break and floor the gas..some cars like to be flashed and some dont..mine doesnt..i raise the rpms to ~1800 and floor it from there

Practice launching at various rpm's to see where the tires break loose. Launch just below the point of spinning (if you're running street tires) cuz if you don't you'll just spin at takeoff and lay down a lousy 60ft which will make for a slower overall ET. And don't eat lunch before you go... it will add unnecessary weight. ;)
