Sorry I haven't posted much recently, but the forum has been quiet, though a nice range of topics.
I've been to a few more autocrosses. Lost a bet to a friend of mine in GS (running on raw time) by like 2.5s, I was not happy. But no big deal.
I've got the poly TA bushing in, and i truly think it made a difference, as the car seems to be ...flat ... now. I've also got a nice set of weight adding seats. [img]smile.gif[/img] Leather trans am seats, with the air-lumbar that squeezes you in the seat. Truly cool.
And the most recent AX i ran I ran with a flat (hissing loudly, might I add) left front. I would losee like 10 psi from start to finish. Big PITA, let me tell you. Didn't do well at all, hell, I had a DNF when I punted the timing light. Sorry guys, really, sorry. But I came to race. Got one of three runs on the book, got some small championship points, I'm good.
Looks like I've got to cancel my spot for the 30th, as I'm heading down to VIR. For those who don't know, I'm involved with Tema Lexus, and we race four (more soon, and we just finished the 4th car) IS300s in Grand Am Cup. Truly the most amazing experience of my life, and the first race I've been to was this past weekend at Watkins Glen. So many cool things there. We're down at VIR this weekend, wish us luck.
