Here's what power you need to be making at the rear wheels to hit your target speed. Don't forget to take into account your gearing and what power you'll be making at what rpm. Too tall a gear and you'll run out of power, too low and you'll run out of gear. 3.73's or 4.10's would definitely make it easier to hit 150mph though.

i hit 145 mph on the highway at about 4800rpm, i think i could of easily hit 150 if i hadnt had to stop for upcoming traffic.
