So all my modding started after my friend got his GTP and beat me. Well finally, a rematch was to be had after my mod installing which include.....
CAI
3" Magniflow exhaust
PAce Setters
Abbott stg 3 heads
ported intakes
stg 3 turbo cam
65 lb injectors
double roller timing
1.7r pro mag rockers
he has:
DHP computer
CAI
3" down pipe
and dropped one or two pullies
might have some other mods???
with that in mind and NO! tune, we squared off again. Off the line I had him, but had INSANE wheel hop, I need new tires really really bad not to mention installing my shocks, lca's and panhard. Either way took him all thru-out first, when I hit second he caught up all his ground, but when I hit like 4500 rpms or so, we pulled dead even to each other and stayed that way to the finish.
Bottom line, his car is making around 220 FWHP with a DHP self dyno, my car stock is 160, so these upgrades have landed me right in that range, a near 60 horse gain. and boost is on the way.....!
