given the screen name here... A4, L32... im going to assume this is a 3.4 auto. given his mods... maybe 10 hp over stock.. 3.4s with minor bolt ons are typically low/mid 16s. my old 3.4 had quite a bit more mods than what he has and i can say without a doubt that ive never pulled much of anything by 3-4 carlenghts if it had a v8 of any sort. maybe at most 1 to 1 and a half cars.
like i said ima call :bs: until i get a timeslip(since this was a track) and some more info on the mustang(which im going to assume was a v8)
im not saying that beating them isnt possible becuase it is(depending on the year of the stang, driver, and conditions of the cars) but 4 cars thats quite a bit for being at the drag strip.
current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it
i dont know about bs to that... it might not be a V8... could be the mustang 3.8 motor. With his mods listed there is a chance he could've beat the 3.8 mustang if its auto.
but wait i looked up specs on the 3.8 mustang 190 @ 5250 and you said with the mods i have i should make around 170hp how did i beat him that bad shouldnt he have stomp a mudhole in me?
Your automatic transmission is better than his: it's well known that Ford automatics tend to have more drivetrain loss. That, along with the other conditions, makes up for the difference.
