yup i'm hat it that it wouldn't lanch any better but i couldn't do anything at the time, i order the FFH to stop the leaks, and was wating to see how the car reacted to those befoere messing with the stall, how ever the valve broke so now i'm starting all over..... did n't get to test it :( but i have looser stall sitting here any way.....
I've been stuck in the 12's for a long time, yes I openly admit that. In my mind I have made progress in suspension, learning to drive the car, N/A times etc. Sure, deep down I want 11’s….. in my mind I should have been there a long time ago. Back in the day, when 13’s were rare and 12’s were unheard of I did pretty damn good….. so any attempts at insults regarding my car’s performance don’t really mean anything to me. I’m still near the top in quickest f bodies :)
        :)
Hell, one of those years were a wash for drag racing - I had major knee surgery
        yup i know that
.... and had an incident with the water heater setting my face on fire.
sorry thats kinda funny....... since its after the fact, that sucks

During the last year I also bought a house and got engaged.... money went into all of those areas of my life….. not into cars/ drag racing…..those things in my life are WAY more important than drag racing.
yup understand witch is why i'm moding now, i never said anyhting about that, if you dont have the cash you dont have it i OVER STAND this [/QUOTE]
I am quite confident that someone with the skills of "John Force" could go quicker in your car. Maybe not me....... but then maybe me. I’m not saying I have the level of skills of John Force in no way, shape or form…. That would be quite a silly statement. I think you are assuming that you personally have reached the pinnacle of driving skills and no one else could go quicker in your car. That is definitely a silly thought indeed. Hell, I know if I handed the keys to my bird to someone way more experienced than me I am quite confident they could go quicker than my best times.
this is whats bugging the piss out of me....... i do not see how if the car can not perfrom a driver is not going to make a diff..... i was able to get constant 2.0's from the car towards the end...... even when i pulled 1.8's looking at video and HPT logs i still can't figure out why the turbo just happen to spooll faster that run i left from the same rpm/tsp as the runs before...
I have tried everything that has been suggessted even if i didn't think it would work in a turbo car. like lanching from idle, no worky for turbo car tho it was consits 2.4 60 foots for bracket racing lol
tried every rpm from 800 (cars idles at 650ish) to 3100, any higher car rolls, tried double taping rying to flash the verter. tried tap tap tap tap tap booom nope..... tried floor quick then let off the refloor nope
i got good 60's so i looked at logs and stuck with how i got those..........
i differnt driver couldn't do any better, i even had a GN guy that could get 1.6-1.7 60;s every time try a few time he got 3 2.0's 1 1.99 and two 2.2's

Humor me….. where is this hostility towards me coming from???? I haven’t been on the boards that much over the past year or two due to my life getting quite interesting in my mind. BTW, if someone “vents” about me I shall “express my concerns” back to them :)
becuase since i have got ahead of you in the "standings" you have disrespected and blasted me behind my back, well i'm sick of it and i'm going to stand up for myself from now on. you gave me help and since i got my 12.0 you will hardly even talk or ansrew pm's anymore....

        thats why.

I've had that going on for 3 years now. Basically everyone who has talked **** has had their motor blow up. Talk about karma.

Take it with a grain of salt.

Re: I'll be hitting the track soon.

Wish I understood the hostility here, no one in FI has really porven to be helpful to me, but I understand thats the way it is here. Everyone on this board pretty much seems to be out for themselves and if they sense someone trying to come with a new strong motor, they back away from being help. I understand competition tho, so thats why none of this has affected me. I am building/have already built one hell of a motor and have a hell of a turbo, most peope who have posted on here have the same or are building the same. We are so far behind other v6's IE the Mustang cause really the top cars/drivers here dont communicate with each other cause they are too busy competing it seems. I will always try to steer people the right diection in FI, as it was difficult for me having to read/find out the hard way pretty much everything on my own. I love seeing new people come in wanting to build new motors and have goals for new track times, same as me. Anyways enough of a rant, as I posted previously in the lounge, it'll be quite the Spring with my motor finally getting done, Andrew's motor done, and those of which already have motors that decide not to crap on them like ours. Good, safe racing everyone.

thats funny i have never not helped anyone.... i don't see where your getting that from

some time my repsons are slow, however i work 50 hours a week for the AF 20 hours a week for sears, plus collage class's, on top of that i tune cars on the side (for free since i'm so mean and never help anyone) and I am also oganizeing the V6 clash in Feb. oh yeah i also am trying get my car back on the and go out with friends to have some kinda life......

so i'm kinda busy i don't alway respon so fast....... i have always repsond to any email i get.

i think you are talking about your thread that i was tryign to help you out in and you took it like i was trying to shut you down,,,,

i have done everything your about to try at least one time already, and i know of 2 other cars in the same boot, infact i tune one of them almost weekly, i'm trying to help you and save some money, if you dont want to lissen thats fine.

in the end you will see i am right and that the GTP's are much esier to tune...... and 90% of there trick don't work on our PCM

in the spirit of this thread going waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off topic, and into intrenet drama, I thin everbody should just take a step back, realize that this is the intrenet, take a deep breath, and just give someone a great, big

I don't see this statement as being true. A few of us have helped hundreds of people over the years. However, some of us might not be familiar with your type of setup. Have you tried the search option? There are probably a hundred threads on turbo setups. Plus, the turbo guys are very helpful.

Prime exmaple.... I think with a better driver your car will go quicker.

Yup... I don't talk anymore..... I'm not on the boards anymore. Hell, I'm not on the internet very much! I am... BUSY with LIFE (aka non internet things).

This has gotten carried away and reached a new level of stupidity.

Since I am a moderator here.... and this post is WAY off topic I will lock it down.
