    NJ/NY/PA people...Oct. 14 F-body vs. Mustang @ Englishtown

    If anyone else is interested in going....I'll be at E-town with my new Camaro. My g/f will be out of town, so I'll have nothing better to do. I'm pretty sure it's bracket racing. Come on down and show some F-body solidarity, and do a little pony thrashing.

        sorry too close to the wedding. i have stuff to do everyday with that. so by the time i get back from the honeymoon this season will just about done. so i have to wait till next year:cry:

              So this is bracket racing, time runs start at 1pm and eliminations 3-4pm?

              Is anyone meeting in the morning before heading to the track?

                Hockeyman and I are planning to meet for brunch around 10:30 at the diner just off the NJ Turnpike at Rt 33. Anyone is welcome to join us for something to eat or just to hang out before heading over to the track.

                  is this a every year type of thing? i only have my permit at the moment, but if its a every year thing ill definalty go next year.

                    We did Maple Grove last year and SLP day at Englishtown the year before that.

                        Hey Skorpion, were you the one in the black Camaro with salad shooters and stock exhaust? That was the only other V6 I saw there.

                        I had a great time, made it to round 4 before the cold finally did me in, it was 8:40pm by that point and 51°. I had been running 15.5x all day until that last run I spun really bad off the line and only got a 15.9

                        But I got a new best time, got a plaque to take home, and talked to a bunch of great Fbody owners in the lanes.

                          nope, i ended up not going. I went to a firing range with a friend I graduated from tech school with. Shot a Beretta PX4 Storm, a Smith and Wesson .357 Magnum revolver, and a Colt 1911 .45. Good times :D
