  • What 1/4 mile times could I start seeing.

Last time I went to the track, my best time was 15.4 with my car set up as follows:

    2001 Camaro
    stock engine
    pacesetter headers
    MSD coils & wires
    Hypertech Programer
    CAI
    Hotchkis strut tower brace
    BMR subframe connectors
    BMR panhard bar
BMR lower control arms w/ relocation brackets
Eiback Front & Rear Sway Bars
300+ lbs stereo equipment (Amps, Subs, Caps, DVD, enclosures, amp rack)
    Kumho 265/35/18s
and I was a one wheel wonder

    Now I have the following setup;

    2001 Camaro
    stock engine
    Powerdyne Supercharger 6 psi
    pacesetter headers
    MSD coils & wires
    Hypertech Programer
    CAI
    Edge 3800 stall Torque Convertor
    Eaton Posi Diff.
    Hotchkis strut tower brace
    BMR subframe connectors
    BMR panhard bar
BMR lower control arms w/ relocation brackets
Eiback Front & Rear Sway Bars
I have removed the stereo equipment ( I am 300+ lbs lighter)
    Kumho 265/35/18s

If you have drag radials you should be in the 13s, if not, then low 14s.

Yeah, I got my show wheels on there. Lenso 18 x 9 wheels. Planning on getting my stock 16" rear wheels and slapping some BFG Drags on them for the next time on the track.

I'd say low 14's on that set up. With 16's and DR's, you could get high 13's.

Maybe low-14s, only because you seem to have stock injectors and no tune. With injectors and a really good tune I bet you could hit 13.5 with a decent '60. That Hypertech programmer will not meet your needs anymore (aside from gear changes) but I'm sure you've figured that out.

I didnt see that you still had that Hypertech programmer, get rid of that thing! That programmer advances your timing which will cause detonation on a supercharged motor. I'd ditch the strut tower brace too, doesnt help for drag racing and is just extra wieght on the fron end. Just my .02

Weight from an STB is minimal, it won't help or hurt your drag racing performance.

                      Weight hurts your performance, period.
It might not be noticeable JUST taking that off...but it all adds up.

Not sure if you have it already, but some bigger injectors would help, and maybe a cam eventually, that'd be sick :stp: :burn:
