Just line up, spin em over once or twice and then launch more gently to the point where you can launch as hard as possible without spinning and try to get 2.1 60.
I highly doubt thats even possible with only intake/exhaust and open diff with 3.08's. I could be wrong, but I've never heard of anyone doing better than 2.2's with bolt-ons, open diff and 3.08's.
i think you need to get the power you have to the ground....
even a 2.0 or 2.1 60 foot would give you low 15's
shifting is a factor too
my car spun a bearing the very first run after its build (abbott stage 3 heads, ported intakes, cam, roller rockers etc.)
but it still managed to put down a 2.0xx 60' and ran a 15.2.......i really wish that motor woulda held up to see what kinda NA times i coulda put down.

I was able to cut a 2.09 60' when I was stock...3.23s, T5 and a open diff
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
