My best run so far, I clocked in at 15.4, but at 91.12 MPH, which I think should be putting me higher than 15.4. What should my times be with that kinda trap? Just wondering, that was my first time at the track, on open diffy, 3.23's and nearly bald tires, so.....

    Re: Trap vs Times

sounds normal for open differential and bald tires....

with lsd and a good set of tires could be higher 14s

There's my very first two time slips. I've gone to the track again and done 4 more runs, but the track prep was ****ty, so I was running mid 16's (best was a 16.1)

everything looks normal. That 2.3 60' is what's making you run a 15.4...get that 60' down to the 2.1-0X's, and you'll be sitting on low 15s to high-high 14s, which is about right for that trap

              Re: Trap vs Times

Manual cars trap 90-92 stock to simple boltons, even with bad '60s.

Autos trap 88-90 generally with same setup.

They et about the same on average.

91 is normal for that et. Get your '60 down and you'll see high-14s.
