A 3.8L car is 100% capable of a 15-second 1/4 mile. There's no argument there. open diffs suck. i finally got my LSD on and it hooks so much better. still burns em off in first second and a nice chirp into third though.
open diff youll spin, have a lousy launch and the car will end up dissappointing you.

You'll have a lousy launch with an open diff if you rev it too high. Yes. It's still a 15-second car. I'm gonna guess 15.8@88 with a decent launch :burn:\'97 Camaro M5 Y87 3.23 LSD, homebrew CAI, highfloCat, Flowmaster catback, Pacesetter headers, specstage3 clutch and aluminum flywheel, !egr, 2kW system.<br /><br />Possible L67 bottom end w/ abbott heads and a turbo in the works... gotta do more homeworkComment
