approximate car weight?
anyone want to take an educated guess at how much my car weighs? i have a v6 camaro with NO weight reduction, a powerdyne supercharger, air to air front mount intercooler (waiting to be put on the car), and all other regular bolt ons. im just trying to get a rough estimate, any ideas?

Heres a related question: Is the number on the door jamb the true weight of the car? .. mine says its 42XX lbs :(

3400 without driver, my best guess. I'm assuming you're optioned out pretty well (power everything, cruise control. etc.)

stock weight plus the weight of everything else... i would put it somewhere in the 39-4200 lbs with driver. my car which is a 96 weighed 3500 with a full tank and me in it. your car stock is heavier (so im told), plus the added weight of supercharger intercooler and what not... id say its somewhere up there.Comment

My guess is 3350. My car w/me in it was 3600 and I weigh 140. :) I have the nitrous kit/bottle, full gfx, 18" wheels, and a few other things on the car too. What do we get for the correct answer?? :p2004 CE Corvette 10.86@132mph

fwiw I have a 5-speed(5-speed is lighther then a 460LE), it weighed 3270 without driver, mildly optioned(power doors, windows, Cruise control, manual seats, now leather)
scale was accurate, showed 3600 when I got on the scale, and I weigh 320Comment
