I haven't posted on here in a long time but, we finally got to take my friends '96 Camaro with a build 3800 to the track tonight. It needs to be tuned really bad. It's running rich at low rpms. It has a build 3800 with all forged internals, an Intense Racing Stage 3 Nitrous Cam, 1.6 Intense Roller Rockers, P&P Intake, P&P Heads, K&N CAI, 22lb/hr TBI injectors, Pacesetter Headers, 3" exhaust, build tranny w/3400 Edge stall, 3.42 gears, 100hp Dry nitrous, and BFG Drag Radials. We have a set of 4.10 gears and 28x10x16 slicks for it and a wet nitrous kit to go on it also. We started off with an 85hp dry shot and it ran 8.30@82.6 mph. Then he ran 8.41 and a 8.34. So we decided to go up to a 100hp shot and ran an 8.12@83.98 mph. I believe if it was tuned it would run in the high 7's. I'm sure when we change the gears and nitrous set-up it'll be in the 7's forsure, but he really needs to get it tuned. We need to weigh the car. The only weight reductions to it is it has a complete tubular k-member and control arms. It also has aftermarket panhard bar & rear control arms, WS6 sway bars & springs, and KYB AGX adjustable shocks.
Oh yeah, he does have the HP Tuner software but the only things I have changed are the shift points and speed limiters.
