  • Expected times?

I know ya'll can't get me exact precise times, and no telling how my car's going to react to the mods, but just wondering what you guys THINK I should be running. Here's My set-up:

    97 3.8 Camaro M5
    3.73 gears
    Posi
New tires (I can barely spin em around a corner on the street, they grip that nicely :D )
    Headers
    2.5" Cat-Back
    CAI
    Aluminum DriveShaft
    GT2 Cam w/ 105# springs
    PCM for Less Tune

I'm hoping mid-low 14's, but I gotta work on the driver mod :P. Have everything installed right now except for the cam and gears/posi. Gears are hopefully being isntalled this weekend. As for the cam, I should be ordering that in 3 or so weeks, then isntalling ASAP :P.

    M5 or A4?

Get a set of drag radial tires. You may think that your street tires are sticky, but trust me, you'll spin them more than you think.

those times are definately possible with your current setup, but dont be let down if you dont run them right off the bat. just work on those shifts for now and be sure and let us know how it goes once you get it to the track

Current set-up, as in with-out the cam? Like I said in the OP, I'm getting gears and LSD in this weekend, and then will be ordering the cam and everything in about a month hopefully. Supposed to have a nice sum of $$$ heading my way :D .
