you'd shocked at what a tune will do for you, more so sense you have a cam. i have no clue why you'd show lean on cylinder one.

do you have stock injectors? FMU? bigger fuel pump? give us more detail about your set-up. personally id get the car tuned first.
Not just cylider one, sorry i didn't make myself clear, Bank one.
so thats cylinders 1,3,5 are running lean.

The whole fuel system is still stock and i run 93 only from BP
Planning on getting a tune as soon as i can just havent had the money for a while. Finally getting some cash to work with. Gonna get a full dyno tune

Thanks for for all your help so far guys! :)

Head gasket? Problem with the fuel rail? O2 sensor?

Those are the 3 things that come to mind for me if the whole bank is running wrong.

Now that i think about it i think i remember the car throwing a o2 sensor heater curcit below thershhold code. That could explain the running lean. That sensor could be going bad correct?

It's possible. I'd look into replacing the sensor.

Ya i am gonna make sure i replace that sensor before i go to get it tuned.
everything else is just stock. and as far as i know nothing is damaged, would fuel system cleaner help perhaps?

yea you need a tune, cam= tune.
I ran a 15.1 with basicly a full exhaust and an intake and a slipping tranny
if your only hitting 80s in the 1/4 something is wrong. You should be hitting around 89-92 in the 1/4

              Abbott long tubes,homemade true duals,slp ram air,whisper lid,eibach springs,kyb shocks,BMR subframe connectors, BMR LCA reloc brackets,BMR LCAs. T-top/manual converted

before you get the dyno tune, at least get some LS1 (24# I think) injectors.

will i need to splice wires to install them or does someone make an "adapter"?

no, you have to find the right year. I did the swap and it was plug-and-play

yea, that should make things work. Dunno what all is included in their injector connectors, but if they advertise that it will make it work, then give it a shot

Re: First time at the track and man am i depressed

I'm running some 24#er's that have the multec II connectors. I think they
came off of a newer trailblazer . Not 100% sure because I bought them
from a member on the other site. You'll need a tune if you use different
                                injectors.

I have the gt2 cam btw, and these injectors flow more than enough.

                                You need headers too.

*EDIT* They are from the 4.2L trailblazer.

*EDITx2* 99.9% sure its these. You could always email the seller
about the connector style. They include some other crap if you win
the auction but $100+ s&h isn't bad at all.
