i run in ESP class. i think i will be fine with ss front and rear swaybars but maybe i'll get some sticky tires. i really need to practice being more fluid exiting corners. my style of entering turns produces a small amount of drift braking but it works well for me

Well 3.73s put you out of ESP technically. But shhhhh and no one will notice. That was the reason I asked. The lowest gear you could install would be a 3.42 since they were available from the factory on some models. I'm in the same boat with both of my cars. They have to run 3.42s even though 3.73s would make me faster I'm almost positive. 3.73s and 2nd gear and you really never have to shift, but the 3.42s aren't bad.

Well 3.73s put you out of ESP technically.

That's a good point. With all of my other mods, I will be running Street Modified anyway, so the gears didn't change class for me.

as far as your oversteer prob goes - what kind of posi did you install?

it is a stock lsd out of a trans am but it has 3.73 gears
