Re: Racing on Street Tires
I have raced on my hankook ventus tires and they have hooked great for me. Moving on to DRs though this season. :)

Re: Racing on Street Tires
HRII is this latest set of them that I have used. They have the sandy grit added to them for more traction. Some kind of compound they use in the performance tires.

Re: Racing on Street Tires
KD's are decent... most bfg performance tires are sticky. Otherwise just stick with DR's.2004 CE Corvette 10.86@132mph

Re: Racing on Street Tires
Bonemaro, KD's are BF Goodrich's softest performance tires (besides drag radials, which are DR's). :) I have KD's and KDW's on each of the Camaros. I like them a lot. I actually did 2 passes with the 96' last fall on the KDW's and they were pretty good. My favs are Mickey Thompson ET Streets though.2004 CE Corvette 10.86@132mph
