Something doesn't seem right to me. Last time I ran I was running 75.xx mph and 9.4-9.5 in the 1/8. Weather didn't seem any different.

setting that up tomorrow, along with getting it scanned; I have no cat, so i always have a light :( so I don't know if there's any codes thrown.

What engine speeds were you trying to take it at?

Do you still have a stock clutch?

All things to consider, it seems like the power is there, just no way of getting it to the floor.

That's my other idea :P. Power, but no traction. Still, even with a 2.2 60', I should be running faster than a 15.09 at 92MPH. I was launching @ 3500 while feathering the clutch. Also noticed my tires like to be heated up nicely :)


Like I said, setting up a tune time this weekend, then I'll be lookin into some tires.

sucks. isnt that want ran stock? so basically after the cam install it didnt feel any quicker?.. tune that $#!T!

Pretty close. My best time before the cam was a 15.142; I ran a 9.485 1/8 the time before this, but that was with my system removed and the air was abit better. I think closer to winter it'll start running alot quicker; plus, I'm scheduling a tune for her :)

that's the whole reason I picked the cam I did. I knew tuning would be a problem for me, hence me getting a stock tune compatible cam. Sure a tune will help it out, but it runs fine on the stock :). I'm getting a tune Aug 2nd, so I'll see if there's a big difference. Mainly want to get it set so I can put the spray on :D
