So I took my 2006 Evolution to the track to see what she had in her. I put on a intake and a turbo back exhaust with a manual boost controller and we tuned it at our shop.
Best run was a 12.56 at 109 with a 1.74 60ft on a stock clutch and had 40psi in the tires. The boost is set at about 24spike and holds 19-20psi. Pretty satisfied with the results, im going to throw in some cams and other small bolt on and get her down in the mid 11's. Gas milage is awesome and still will be great with the cams and other mods.
