            I used this

            http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3...beN4BX5SJJFCgl

it's a great striping tape I found, super easy to use. I painted with acrylic lacquer because I already had a quart of black, and the lacquer is easy to spray and buff. (wool pads. rubbing compound, and a makita variable speed buffer)

In a couple of years when I'm done with my other restoration project http://ourimpala.com I will paint everything over again with BC/CC

just today my lloyds mats were delivered.. these things are NICE

I also got a WORKING tach! FINALLY!

I also started thirdgen roundup so people in the southern united states can get together once a year with their thirdgens... check out the website, it's going to be huge this year!

                  http://thirdgenroundup.com

This fall I'm going to sand down the entire car and give it a real nice BC/CC job... I'm going to use heritage stripes instead of painting my own. I'll also be geting new tires in the next year.. trying to decide if I want to go for white letter tires or not

looks good, I really want a thirdgen to add to my collection. I think you've done everything I wanted to appearance wise on a third gen.

Did you consider extending the stripes on the hood to the top of the bumper?

did a photoshop mockup of it, and didn't like the way it looked. I extended them to the edge of the hood out of simplicity, but when I use the heritage stripes they will stop short of the edge of the hood

Ah sticking to the heritage, nice.

What about interior? I've seen a few 3rd gens with 4th Gen dash, console, seats.

I really want to get into a 3rd gen now lol, I'll probably skip the 4th gen console though, do a console delete since you have a T5, should look sweet!

I think the pre 1990 camaros are a lot harder to put the later dash in

thanks for the compliments, after I paint it I think I will have 1 of the nicest third gen v6's in the country

Can I ask where you got the dashpad from and how much it ran you? Thanks!
