Very very nice! Another idea for rims would be to take those GTA rims and get them painted the aluminum color... my best friend just did that to his 1989 TBI Trans Am and those rims look one hundred billion times better when they are all aluminum colored... you'd probably need 16" rims like those maybe if you drop a bigger engine in your car. Yeah, nice car. I think it would have looked pretty cool with the older T/As wheels, but the ones you got are a nice upgrade.
That guy with the '98; I don't think he parks next to you to be an *** , I park next to other fbodys when I can. Its just a small way of kinda saying that we like the same car.....

I think you got a nice ride. I have an 86 putt putt my self. thats the first year they put the third brake light on the hatch and rounded the tail lights. I would much rather have the 85 tail lights..... Sorry for rambling on (I love these cars!). I'm sure your not even close to being done with it. It looks great now and, I can't wait to see it later on. keep up the good work!

I agree, those GTA rims would make that car look awesome. I don't know why but I prefer black on a 3rd gen. Firebirds and deep red for Camaros. Not that I'm suggesting anything. ;)
Very nice car though and yeah I know what you mean about having it as a daily driven car. I want to do something to the car but my bro. wants it stock as possible because it's better to have a reliable daily driven car with good looks and everything.
But man that 2.8 stroker is still going in later this year. No matter what. :D

You all are too kind and thanks for the welcome. And concerning the guy with the '98, I was just talkin smack, he's a cool dude. That Firebird is also a V6 with some slight mods done to it. He has a stainless steal Ram Air kit, a 3 inch cat-back system and 17x 9.5 ZR-1 wheels that he used to have on his Corvette. Sounds kick *** too. Almost makes me envious Heh, and where did your buddy get his rims done in silver? Metallic silver is the color I plan on painting my car when I put the hood and body kit on it. I would do a dark color like black or metallic navy blue, but where I live, with dirt roads and pure desert, dust shows very easily on my car. I used to have a black 79 Trans Am, and that car would look clean for about 15 minutes before you notice all the dust setting in.

Very nice car! I think it looks good. I like the wheels you have on the picture on the bottom of the page because they go well with the color of your car.My 1991 Firebird - 3.1L V6 with custom K&N CAI, Flowmaster, Sony CD, MTX 4-ch amp, 2 MTX 10\" subs, Sony & Polk speakers, Eagle Wheels

My 1997 Firebird Trans Am with T-Tops, Panasonic CD, Alpine Speakers, MagnaFlow Exhaust, and Lingenfelter CAI.
