Are you talking about the KITT car? I personally want the T-Top conversion. Though, I am not going to send my car to them. I have a friend who does body shop work and he said that him and I could do it. I just need to get the parts. I might try it one day!

It'd be cheaper (at this point)for me to buy a car w/t-tops than have it converted. wonder howmuch it costs to have a sunroof put in?

All I want is the nose pice. It's a bit much in cost, just for a nose pice.

I have heard of places doing sunroofs for about $200-400. I personaly want t-tops though. My friend does great car body work. When he finds the time him and I might attempt the t-top thing. If we mess up I might have a convertable!!!

if the project ends u being a convertable, bend the t-top cut outs up so it loks like fins coming up from the car. when a cop pulls you over ( & he will) tell the officer their rudders incase the steering goes out

I have to go with what a friend has spoken about doing to his car... A Supra Targa Top. No T-bar getting in the way. I know if hurts the structure, but I already have subframe connectors and down the rode I may weld in a roll cage of some sort.

I have thought about that idea and that would be a pretty heavy Targa top, dont you think? PLus, like you said, structural integrity is the key.
