I've heard the hype. What I want is to hear from those who've installed it in a 91 and their results. Also, any advice as to whether I should put it in or not. i would just go with a 180* and not think about having any problems caused by the t-stat. -
yeah ive heard of people having problems with the ecm flipping out after putting a 160 stat in . ive heard its too cool for the comp. (closed/open loop problems) it may effect your heater too . i installed one in my 87 z28 , but that hasnt been computer controlled for a long time :D1987 z28 . lg4 305 . edelbrock performer intake , 600 cfm performer carb , all smog equip gone . gutted cat . slp headers with y/pipe and cat back , mild street cam . pocket ported heads<p>14.1@97 mph w/2.1 60\' .Comment
