Is there any hope for the 84 v6 ?

Not much hope for it stock, but anything can be made fast. Just don't expect it to be cheap.

You could probably get this engine to 150 rear wheel hp for under $1000 if you choose the right parts. With that you could smoke a '93 - '95 v6 fbody and some second and third gen v8s. Many a ricer too. -
ya got the Crane 2030 cam, edelcrotch 4bb intake, nitrous for the 4bb, posi rear, rear gears, after market ignition & exhaust. custom (homemade) ram air/cai, fiberglass body parts, aftermarket suspension, use v-8 tpi fuel pump for nitrous.
there is acually a supercharger available for the carbed motors too [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img]
I think it's feugel or something like that for the manufactuter. Also check out 91Firebirds' tech data1978 Formula 461 in progress of being built :rock:
