i have a 92 camaro rs wit the 3.1 in it, and i was wondering what mods i could do to it. i already have the custom intake, thinking about flowmaster muffler and new cat (catback cost too much), thinking about this part http://dav-electronics.hypermart.net/products.htm, and also thinking about spark plugs and wires. anything else that would help? and that isnt really expensive?

camaroos can do that free ram air mod, the highly "contraversal" tb coolant bypass. msd, better wires. not really cheap, but when you get new tires, smaller ones will weigh less ;) .

Full tune up. I did a post on this. cat back too much? I ran down to jegs & got the dynomax for $154. and it fit in the trunk of my old 76 Bonnie . 180* thermostat, synthetic lubes, getting injectors cleaned. just puruse thru this forum & also in the mod encyclopedia.

if ya want to spend a little more time/money, you can always cross over to the 3.4 darkside ;)

used 3.4, build it up have lotsa fun :D

For exhaust I am going with a custom hooker and pacesetter headers/y-pipe, for close to stock cars the dynomax is great, sounds pretty good also.

The TNT 100 MAF style shot is nice also ;)

I'd love too, but I haven't worked on the car since Nov, had to get ready for UCI, deployment, & other military stuff. right now I'm running open manifolds & an idle of about 1200-1500 rpms. (haven't meesed w/the distributor yet) but I am going to see about recording it & have Dan post it on the web site

sounds,......interesting. and really smogs up the garage too
