Well I can eat up 14 gallons of my tank before I have to fill up or soil myself from looking at the needle in the red.

I looked at my trip odometer and it said 300!, I have never gotten that. 260 at the most and that was highway cross country. When it is cold out I get like 240, my car runs better when it is hot out. Dad thinks I have a faulty air temp sensor so when it warms up I get a nice mix?????

car works better in warm weather than cold? normally I 'd raise the choke flag, but that's just the carb in me ;)

Works better with warm weather, I did hear a while back that my cold air sensor was bad or messed up.

your car gets better milage with warmer air because the computer knows that warm air mixes with less fuel the warmer it gets. With colder air, it's more dense requiring more fuel to get the "perfect 14.7:1" a/f ratio.

Actually no, cold air is denser and requires less throttle to create the same amount of power.

You should get the same mileage regardless of elevation or temperature, so long that your engine is well within its limits of power range capability.

Also a lot depends on speed and # of times you accelerate vs constant velocity.

most of the driving is between 65 and 70mph, try and accelerate as little as possible.
