I'm just praying my car holds together until I can sell it. I keep hearing rattles everytime I turn it on.

Haha I know right? I've just gotten spoiled by my dad's '03 Toyota 4Runner. That thing is soooo quiet you can barely tell it's turned on but when you get into the variable valve timing's range... dang. The heat shield on my cat is starting to rattle so I better get that fixed up. It's sad to see my baby go
Has anyone else noticed I never post in complete thoughts? My best friend was just over and she said I write the same way.... wierd.

the thread that will never end

front & rear carpet back in, rear bottom seats & amp in soon. still have the interior panels, headliner, rest of dash to finish.

Not sure on the door panels, the carpet I used is holding up w/the use of the 3M adheasive, but the silver material, used w/g.p. adhesive is "flaking". I'm gonna see about redoing my panels w/stuff I have laying around.

ppics of the carpet soon, I 'll edit this post & just go to the cardomain site for the pics

edit: 2 new pics on pg 3

Karl also has an 85 Firebird, beige like mine. Now both of us have the 3.4 in it too. Spooky!!!

I did a variation of the swap, retaining the 3.4 belt setup.

update w/some substance fer ya ;)

I have the t-pipe back on, wrestling w/the convertor. Doesn't want to go over the end of the t- pipe. Gonna take it to AZ & see if tail pipe expander will push it ou t just a touch. THen drive it to the auto hobby shop & put the dynomax on. Should sound awesome driving it w/just open convertor Gotta use the 30 day tags while I can
