Sanerio: You know if your driving a 4cyl up a huge mountain on cheap gas and the engine has that knock sound . . .
Well my car has recently started doing this during normal driving on flat ground. It does that at any kind of acceleration, whether it be from a stop sign, or if I simply increase speed on the road.
I use midgrade (89 octane) gas from either Chevron, Shell or 76.
What could be causing this problem? How do I fix this?
