    What is the *recommended* (for best overall performance) timing setting for a 3.1L V6?

    10 BTDC is the setting, a couple degrees above or below won't make a difference and more than that the car runs like crap. Someone else might have had a different experience but this was mine.

      10 btdc is best. I tried playing with it a while ago and got the same results as Phoenix. Runs like crap.
